Paris was one of our first Ridgebacks and she is very special. She has the BEST personality ever, is beautiful to look at and produces the same in her puppies! She was my first show dog and in our very first show we received Reserved BEST IN SHOW at the International dog show!! It was so amazing! She has 9 points towards her AKC championship but we have decided to retire Paris from the show ring. She received a huge cut on her "show" side when she was just under a year and we think it may have affected her show career. Luckily, we don't think Paris was at all upset at the ending to THAT career!

We have one of Paris' daughters with us to continue Paris' amazing temperament! Now Paris is living the life of semi-retirement. We expect Paris to have her third and final litter in 2011 and then she will retire completely. Paris is living with a good friend who lives on a 15 acre horse farm. She has the run of the place during the day, keeping all the ponies safe from lions! At night, she crawls into Kristen's bed and has a long, well earned snooze!
