Week Five

March 4th, 2007
I've added the 5 week puppy pictures below. I included stacked photos, but keep in mind the puppies are VERY young and that is very new to them. They did pretty darn good though and I'm proud of them! Also, I made a HUGE goof while making puppy flyers and I deleted ALL of the pictures of Nahoa (Black Boy). Sooo, I will have to RE-do them tomorrow. Sorry! ; )
03/05/07 - I have added Nahoa's pictures below and he is once again part of the pack!
The puppies had their nails trimmed again and had their first bath. They all did so well with almost no stuggling at all and pretty much took it in stride. I think these guys are all going to be confident puppies.
Personalities are definitely starting to show. Here's a quick snap shot of each one...
- 'Auli'i (Red Girl) is a pistol. She is the smallest, but don't let that fool you. She doesn't take any junk from any of her littermates!!
- Lea (Olive Girl) is a HAPPY, HAPPY girl!! She was the only puppy that actually wagged her tail the whole time she was getting a bath. THAT was a shocker!
- 'Eleu (Blue Girl) is a sweet and quiet girl. She loves to crawl in your lap and just chill. I think she will be the couch potato of the bunch.
- Leilani (Yellow Girl) is a sweety but also can be a clown. She loves to play!
- Palani (Red Boy) is such a ham. If he thinks something is a good idea, he's all about it. If not, he's gonna make you work for it!
- Malie (Black/Orange Boy) is a gorgeous boy who is happy go lucky. He's pretty much cool with anything!
- Ka Hiwa (Green Boy) is also very confident and happy. He doesn't spook easy and loves playing all the time.
- Koa (Blue Boy) is the spoiled one of the bunch. He won't LET you ignore him. If he wants to play, he WILL get your attention by barking and play bowing. Who could resist that??
- Nahoa (Black Boy) is the tough macho type on the outside, but he's really just a softy. He was sooo not down with getting a bath, the only one who thought a bath was NOT a good idea! ; ) No fooling him!
I'm sure next week will show even more differences between all the kids.
Stay tuned for the next installment of 9 is DEFINITELY enough!
